A woman and two minors were arrested early Tuesday after an underage drinking party at a home in the Town of Marilla, the Erie County Sheriff’s Office reported.
An anonymous tip on the Underage Drinking Tip Line led sheriff’s deputies to a residence on Bush Gardens Street.
Amy Cavallaro, 38, is accused of allowing the group of teenagers to drink beer. She was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful dealing with a child. She was issued appearance tickets for a future court date in Marilla Town Court.
One of the minors became belligerent and combative with deputies during Cavallaro’s arrest, police said. The minor was charged with obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest and was released to a guardian with appearance tickets, police said.
One other minor was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21. The other minors were turned over to the custody of a guardian without charges, police said.
