Repeat Niagara Falls drug dealer pleads guilty

LOCKPORT – Terrance M. Moragne, who returned to dealing drugs after succeeding in a court-supervised drug treatment program, faces up to four years in state prison after pleading guilty Tuesday to selling cocaine last year in Niagara Falls.

Moragne, 35, of 16th Street in the Falls, admitted to fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and was scheduled for sentencing Oct. 6 by Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon. Moragne also admitted that he violated probation on the drug misdemeanor plea he entered after succeeding in the judicial diversion program following a 2011 cocaine deal.

Moragne’s record also includes a felony drug possession conviction in 2007.
