WESTFIELD – What is billed as the region’s longest continuously running antique show returns to Westfield Saturday and Sunday. The annual Westfield Antique Show, sponsored by Chautauqua County Historical Society, will be celebrating its 77th outing from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday in Eason Hall, 23 Elm St. Featured are antique furniture, dining sets, glassware, silver, jewelry and more. More than 20 dealers from both Western New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Connecticut and Indiana will be represented.
The show was organized in 1938 by local antique dealers Doc and Edis Shelkey, and the initial show was so well attended it became an annual event. Admission is $5 both days. Free parking is available in the municipal lot on Elm Street, within half a block of Eason Hall. Free street parking is available on all streets around Moore Park, at routes 20 and 394.
