Other than three street fightin’ men, the crowd at Saturday’s Rolling Stones concert in Ralph Wilson Stadium was well-behaved. Only three arrests were reported, authorities said.
Erie County Sheriff’s deputies arrested three men in two separate incidents on disorderly conduct charges for pushing and shoving, said sheriff’s spokesman Scott Zylka.
Two of the men were released on appearance tickets while the third was taken to the Erie County Holding Center, he said.
Zylka said the sheriff’s office treated the concert in Orchard Park — the first at the stadium since 2001 — “like a small Bills game” in terms of security and crowd-control procedures. The audience was polite and orderly, Zylka said, noting that officials were “happy” with the crowd’s behavior inside and outside the stadium.
