FREDONIA — A tenant being evicted from a Town of Pomfret home was charged Monday by State Police with using a gun to threaten his landlord.
Jamie Drummond, 55, of Fredonia, was charged with second-degree menacing with a weapon, a class A misdemeanor.
The landlord was threatened after showing the East Main Road home to a realtor in preparation for selling it, police said.
Drummond was arraigned in Town of Pomfret Court and sent to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bail bond. He is due back in court on July 14.
