Riviera Theatre announces fall events

A concert and special VIP Experience with pianist Jim Brickman is part of a busy fall season just announced by the Riviera Theatre and Performing Arts Center in North Tonawanda.

Brickman is commemorating his 20 years in show business with his “Platinum Tour” which visits the Riviera for a performance at 8 p.m. Sept. 19. On that same day, there will be a VIP Experience that includes a pre-show dinner hosted by Rob Lucas of Star 102.5 and special edition show poster and an appearance by Brickman; proceeds benefit the preservation and restoration of the theater and Mighty Wurlitzer organ.

Reserved seats are $38 for the concert; $125 for the VIP Experience.

“Who’s Bad: The Ultimate Michael Jackson Band Tribute,” 8 p.m. Sept. 26; $38 adults, $23 for children younger than 10.

“Ghost Hunters Live!” with Jason Hawes and Steve Gonsalves, 8 p.m. Oct. 17; $43.

“Rocky Horror Picture Show” Party 2015 Edition, 9:30 p.m. Oct. 30; $17 advance, $20 day of show, $5 movie only (midnight).

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through the Riviera box office, at rivieratheatre.org and at World Hollywood Entertainment inside the McKinley Mall. Call 692-2413.
