Front page July 7, 1915: City's new 'dog ambulance' strikes, badly injures young boy

Among the local news on the day's front page:

"Dog ambulance runs down boy on first trip"

"The new municipal dog ambulance ran down and perhaps fatally injured John Busch, eight years old, of 269 Sherman street, this morning at 11 o'clock in front of his home. This right lung was punctured and four ribs fractured. Busch was taken to the Emergency hospital where he is said to be dying."
