LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man was arraigned in Niagara County Court Thursday on a six-count indictment charging him with making three cocaine sales to a police informant in the Falls.
Valentino Scarborough II, 24, of Forest Avenue, pleaded not guilty to three counts each of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance. County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III ordered him held in lieu of $3,000 bail.
The alleged drug deals occurred July 22 and 29 and Sept. 29, according to the indictment. All were recorded on audio tape, Assistant District Attorney Cheryl L. Nichols said.
