JAMESTOWN – A Gerry man was accused of detaining, robbing and threatening to shoot two teenage boys as they sat in a vehicle in a parking lot, according to State Police.
It happened shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot of a business on Route 60. No weapon was displayed, troopers said, as the victims, ages 17 and 18, were robbed of $40.
Jeremy A. Barmore, 29, was charged with a felony count of robbery, a misdemeanor count of unlawful imprisonment and harassment, a violation. Following arraignment in Ellery Town Court, he was sent to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail, pending an appearance in Gerry Town Court.
