WHEATFIELD – A Lewiston woman with a past conviction for drunken driving who had her license revoked will face felony charges after she was stopped again for driving while intoxicated Friday.
Patricia A. Freck, 54, was charged by state police with felony DWI; aggravated unlicensed operation, also a felony; moving from a lane unsafely; failure to use a designated lane; and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Freck was stopped by troopers on Shawnee Road after she failed to stay in her lane. The trooper also noticed an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. She was found with a blood alcohol level of .09 percent, which is above the legal limit of .08 percent.
She was arraigned in the Town of Wheatfield Court and remanded to Niagara County Jail on $500 bail. A return court date was set for July 8.
