Town of Lockport man charged with dealing crack

LOCKPORT – A Town of Lockport man pleaded not guilty in Niagara County Court Friday to a four-count indictment accusing him of twice selling crack cocaine to a police informant.

Gregory McBride, 29, of Lincoln Avenue, who said in court he intends to move to Washburn Street next week, is charged with two counts each of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.

The alleged drug deals occurred Sept. 12 and Jan. 16 in the Town of Lockport, Assistant District Attorney Laura T. Bittner said. County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III released McBride on his own recognizance.
