Three store robbers tracked down through store surveillance camera

Three men have been arrested for staging an armed robbery of the Seneca One Stop store and gas station on Route 20 in Irving early Monday morning.

Jeffrey Gizowski, 42, of North Collins and David Russell, 35, of Silver Creek were arrested at their homes late Monday. Gilberto Rosas, Jr., 44, of Dunkirk, was arrested at his home Tuesday morning. They were tracked down by detectives of the Erie County Sheriff’s Department who reviewed the store surveillance video system.

All three were charged with first-degree robbery, criminal use of a firearm and grand larceny.
