Lackawanna woman pleads guilty to drug dealing

Alicia Maghett, 51, of Lackawanna, pleaded guilty Tuesday before Senior U.S. District Judge William M. Skretny to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distributing hydrocodone as part of an alleged drug gang in Buffalo.

U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. said she faces a maximum prison term of 10 years and fine of up to $500,000 when she is sentenced Oct. 7. Assistant U.S. Attorney Timothy C. Lynch said Maghett was active in the street sales of the drug from late October 2013 through late February 2014.
