FC Buffalo defeated the visiting Fort Pitt Regiment, 2-0, Sunday to improve to 3-1-3 with 12 points in the Midwest Division of the National Premier Soccer League.
Andrew Ferguson scored the game’s first goal on a penalty kick in the ninth minute. Brett Larocque added the final goal in the 87th minute.
Goalkeeper Andrew Coughlin recorded six saves and moved into sole possession of first for career wins (six) in team history. He’s also tied for first in shutouts (four) with Dan Panaro.
