Erie County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Buffalo man and seized two kilos of cocaine following a three-month investigation, the department reported.
Erie County and Buffalo narcotics detectives executed a search warrant at Marlon Swaggard’s Jewett Parkway residence Tuesday night and recovered the cocaine, which was valued at more than $118,000.
The cocaine was extremely high grade and the customer base was from throughout Erie County, deputies said,
Swaggard, 26, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor charges.
He is being held at the Erie County Holding Center pending arraignment in Buffalo City Court on June 23.
Sheriff’s Department Chief Alan Rozansky and Buffalo Detective-Sergeant Tim Mulhern led the investigation.
