Clerks at three Boston business were arrested Tuesday for allegedly selling alcoholic beverages to minors in the latest compliance check by the State Police and agents of the State Liquor Authority. After inspections Tuesday at eight business in the towns of Boston, Marilla and Wales the following clerks were each charged with one count of prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage to a minor, a violation of the State Alcohol Beverage and Control Act:
-Kyle J. Gibbon, 19, of Hamburg, working at the 7-Eleven Store at 7185 Boston State Road, Boston.
-Josephine A. Stang, 62, of Colden, working at North Boston Liquors, Boston.
-Lisa M. Dellamore, 49, of Boston, working at the Boston Hotel, Boston.
The following businesses, according to the State Police, were also inspected Tuesday and found in full compliance with state law: the CVS Pharmacy, 7182 Boston State Road, Boston: Crosby’s, 8339 Boston State Road, Boston; Boston Deli, 9375 Boston State Road, Boston; the 7-Eleven Store at 6444 State Route 16, Wales and the Yellow Goose Store at 11566 State Route 20A, Wales.
