The Erie County Sheriff’s Office Marine Unit executed multiple arrests Sunday night at Black Rock Canal Park as reported incidents of public lewdness and public intoxication left three men on the wrong side of the law.
Lionel Mercado, 53, and Blake Marlon, 35, of Toronto were each charged with public lewdness by Sgt. Richard Lauricella and Deputy Christopher Soluri after they observed the two urinating in public.
While the deputies were arresting Mercado and Marlon, a vehicle was observed hitting a landscaping rock in the park and then backing into a fence.

Mercado and Drummond were taken to Erie County Holding Center, where Mercado was held on $250 bail.
