JAMESTOWN – Three drug suspects, including two out-of-town parolees, were arrested and jailed and quantities of cocaine, crack cocaine, heroin, Ecstasy, cash and drug paraphernalia were seized during raids Wednesday and Friday by the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force.
On Wednesday Anthony R. Dunmore, 35, a parolee from Rochester, was arrested during a raid at 21 Sturges St. where agents seized quantities of crack cocaine, cash and drug paraphernalia.
On Friday morning task force agents assisted by the Jamestown Police SWAT Team arrested Miles T. Jordan, 28, a parolee from Cleveland, at 19 Crossman St., where quantifies of heroin, Ecstasy and cash were seized, and Lawrence McGrigg, 33, of Jamestown, at 841 E. Second St., where the a quantity of cocaine was seized.
All three are being held on multiple counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The men are being held at the Chautauqua County Jail in Mayville pending further court proceedings. The arrests were part of an ongoing crackdown on Jamestown-area drug dealing, officials said.
