‘Old Tyme’ festival in Niagara Falls to include flea market, classic car show

NIAGARA FALLS – A full day of activities will make up the Olde Tyme Main Street Festival on Sunday at the Park Place Market, 630 Main St.

The event, which kicks off at noon, will include a flea market, a classic car show from noon to 2 p.m., live music with Aaron Berger and James Gizzie from 1 to 3 p.m. and 4 to 6 p.m., as well as children’s activities and other vendors.

The event is co-sponsored by the Park Place Market and the Main Street Business and Professional Association.

“We hope this is the start of a yearly event, and one that we can expand on next year,” said Rob Brawn, member of the Park Place Market ownership group.

The Niagara Falls Block Club Council’s Flag Day ceremony will follow the festival at 7 p.m. at Cenotaph Park at Main and Pine Avenue.
