WARSAW – A 59-year-old Warsaw woman and a 32-year-old Attica man have been charged with making unrelated drug sales to undercover officers in the Village of Warsaw late last year, the Wyoming County Drug Task Force reported Tuesday.
Debra Burns has been charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for allegedly selling a prescription narcotic to an undercover officer in the village last October.
Christopher Monnin was separately charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance for a street sale in the village to an undercover officer last September.
Both were arrested last Thursday and both are free pending Wyoming County Court proceedings. Burns remains under investigation on related matters, according to officials of the drug task force.
