Personal Training Instruction to train those with special needs: Local fitness trainers and exercise instructors will receive specialized training on modifying exercise programs to make them more inclusive to individuals with disabilities through a one-day program being offered at Daemen College, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Schenck Hall, Room 202. Open to experienced and new fitness professionals, certified participants who complete the free program will receive National Strength and Conditioning Association approved CEUs.
