Robbyn J. Drake and Mark F. Kogutowski were married at 11 a.m. on May 17, in the home of the bride’s parents on Tonawanda Creek, Tonawanda. Guests gathered for a reception along Tonawanda Creek. The Rev. Thomas Himmelsbach of Cheektowaga heard the couple’s vows. The bride’s parents are Larry R. and Sheila F. Drake of Tonawanda. The bridegroom’s parents are Urszula and Wieslaw Kogutowski of Buffalo. The bride is a graduate of Sweet Home High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the University at Buffalo and is attending SUNY Buffalo State. The bride is a director of Citizen Action at Buffalo Niagara Riverkeeper. The groom is a graduate of Hutchinson Central Technical High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University at Buffalo. He is a research technician at the Research Institute on Addictions. After a trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ont., the couple will make their home in Riverside.
