#PrepTalkLive from the Section VI track & field championships and Far West Regional baseball (OP, Hamburg win) & softball (OP, Starpoint, Alden win)

#PrepTalkLive is ready for a BIG Saturday.

News Sports Reporter Miguel Rodriguez and correspondent David DeLuca are at Niagara-Wheatfield for the second and final day of the Section VI track and field championships.

News Deputy Sports Editor Keith McShea is headed to the Far West Regional tripleheader at Brockport State, which was postponed from Friday afternoon. The lineup: Games at noon (Class AA-- Orchard Park vs. V-Victor), 2 (A -- Starpoint vs. V-Pittsford-Mendon) and 4 p.m. (B -- Alden vs. V-Bath).

Correspondents are also stationed across Western New York for the Far West Regionals in baseball, as five Section VI champions try and advance to the state championships next Saturday in the Binghamton area: Ryan Nagelhout is at Class AA at Niagara Falls (Orchard Park vs. V-McQuaid at 3 p.m.), Shawn Campbell is at Batavia's Dwyer Stadium for a doubleheader of the Class D game (Westfield vs. V-Webster Christian at 4:30) and the Class A game (Hamburg vs. Honeoye-Falls-Lima at 7), Tom Dinki is at Orchard Park for the Class B game (Maryvale vs. V-Livonia at 3) and Sean McGrath is at Lew-Port for the Class C game (Holland vs. V-Geneseo at 3).
