Falls man pleads guilty to cocaine sales

LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man was placed in the judicial diversion program of court-supervised drug treatment Thursday after pleading guilty to selling cocaine.

Kevin M. King Jr., 22, of Lockport Street, admitted to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance in an appearance before State Supreme Court Justice Richard C. Kloch Sr. King risks up to nine years in prison if he fails in diversion.

He was charged with selling cocaine to police informants in the Falls March 22 and 29, 2013.
