Jamestown man arrested for DWI

A Jamestown man was arrested Thursday afternoon in The town of Ellery on charges of driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.18 percent, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies pulled over Michael Donner, 54, after they said they saw him speeding through Ellery.

He was charged with with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and speeding. He was released to a sober party and will appear in Town of Ellery Court at a later date.
