The death of a 57-year-old man found along a curb early Friday is under investigation by Buffalo police.
Police said it has not yet been determined whether foul play was involved. The man’s name has not yet been released.
Police were dispatched shortly after 1 a.m. to investigate a report of a person down near the intersection of Broadway and Rommel Avenue.
The man was unconscious by the curb, police said. He was taken to Erie County Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
