Delevan man accused of striking two while driving off from Farmersville flare-up

FARMERSVILLE – A Delevan man was arrested after hitting two people while driving away off from the scene of a fight on Rogers Road in the Town of Farmersville early Monday, State Police at Machias said .

The victims, who were not identified, were taken to Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo. One was released after treatment while the other remains hospitalized.

Jared Wrazen, 22, is charged with one count of second-degree assault, two counts of third-degree assaault and five counts of first-degree reckless endangerment. He was arraigned in Town of Farmersville Court and is in Cattaraugus County Jail, Little Valley, in lieu of $25,000 bail.

Police said the flare-up occurred at what had been a friendly gathering.
