LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls teenager pleaded not guilty in Niagara County Court Wednesday to an indictment charging him with taking part in the armed robbery of a man on Oct. 16 in a yard off Niagara Avenue in the Falls.
The 16-year-old is charged with first- and second-degree robbery. Assistant District Attorney Kevin D. Canali said he was one of three males who robbed a victim of about $200. One of the others was armed with a gun. The teen is the only one who has been apprehended so far.
