Suspicious vehicle in Lancaster leads to occupant’s arrest

An occupied vehicle spotted after hours in a Lancaster store’s parking lot led to the arrest of a passenger.

State Police said the vehicle was seen Saturday in a store parking lot at Clinton Street and Transit Road. Troopers reported noticing a strong odor of marijuana as they approached.

Anthony Wolf, 19, of Elma, a passenger, was found in possession of oxycodone, acetaminophen and hydrocone pills, police said. He was charged with a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, as well as possession of a controlled substance not in original container.

Wolf was issued a ticket to appear Tuesday in Lancaster Town Court.
