SALAMANCA – Two men were charged with drug and heroin-related felonies after an investigation by the Southern Tier Regional Task Force.
Jeremy M.Foster, 25, of Salamanca, was charged with one count of criminal possession and sale and possession charges related to an incident, in December. Josh Turybury, 31, of Little Valley, also was charged with a possession-related felony. More arrests are pending.
On Thursday, police found heroin after searching a vehicle in which Foster was a passenger, authorities said. The two were arrested in the parking lot of the Save-a-Lot store in the City of Salamanca, authorities sad.
Foster and Turybury were being held by Salamanca Police pending arraignment.
The Task Force also was assisted by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
