It’s school – and the zoo.
A new morning preschool for kids ages 3 and 4 from the Buffalo Zoo will start up this fall, according to the zoo.
Pre-school classes will start in September, and will run each weekday between 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
Children enrolled in the preschool will be able to attend on Tuesday and Thursdays, or Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
“We feel that the zoo offers a really unique learning opportunity for children,” said Tiffany Vanderwerf, the zoo’s education curator.
Informational sessions for interested families will be held on Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on May 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the zoo.
