Corruption rampant in State Legislature
Corruption, bribery, conspiracy, deceit, allegations, lookouts, decoys, head fakes, hidden hallways, public avoidance, back doors, closed doors – is this the narrative of a scheme in an Agatha Christie novel? No, this is a description of what is going on in the State Capitol building in Albany involving Dean Skelos, who resigned his post as Senate majority leader on Monday.
How is it that we continue to have unethical, self-serving criminals in the highest levels of government “representing” and “looking out” for the public’s best interests? Politics as usual, I guess.
