A traffic stop led to the arrest early Thursday of a 20-year-old Clarence woman for driving while intoxicated, speeding and other charges, State Police said Friday.
Aubrey C. Schwartz, 20, of Clarence was pulled over at about 1:30 a.m. Thursday on Main Street after troopers saw her car speeding and crossing over road hazard markings.
Schwartz was arrested for driving while intoxicated – first offense, and taken to State Police barracks in Clarence for processing where Troopers recorded her blood alcohol content level at 0.14 percent.
She was issued traffic citations for DWI, speeding in zone and crossing road hazard markings. The citations are answerable May 26 in the Town of Clarence Court.
