A member of Buffalo’s 10th Street Gang on Friday was sentencedto five years and 10 months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
Jimmy Sessions, 28, was convicted recently in a RICO racketeering case. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Joseph M. Tripi and John M. Alsup said that from 2000 to 2010, Sessions sold cocaine, crack cocaine and other drugs on Buffalo’s West Side. He took part in the distribution of moe than 5 kilograms of cocaine and more than 280 grams of crack cocaine.
He is one of 44 members or associates of the gang who have been convicted on federal charges.
