Four-time drunken driver indicted again

LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls man who has four previous convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol was arraigned on a new indictment Wednesday in State Supreme Court.

Christopher C. Burlakos, 44, of Weston Avenue, pleaded not guilty to felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to signal a turn. He allegedly refused the breath test after his arrest Jan. 19 in the Falls.

Burlakos has two prior DWI convictions, in 1998 and 2013, and two impaired driving convictions, in 1992 and 2010.
