Falls teen charged with two home invasions and a burglary

LOCKPORT – Gregory Minor of Niagara Falls pleaded not guilty Tuesday in State Supreme Court to an indictment accusing him of two home invasions and a separate burglary, in which Falls police allegedly caught him in the act.

Minor, 18, of Niagara Avenue, was held on $100,000 bail after his arraignment on two counts each of first- and second-degree burglary and first-degree robbery, and a single count of second-degree robbery.

Deputy District Attorney Doreen M. Hoffmann said Minor and another man, who has not been caught, invaded the same home on Niagara Avenue Sept. 16 and Dec. 20, and on the first occasion, one of them allegedly had a gun. Minor was captured by police Dec. 28, allegedly while he was burglarizing a house on 15th Street.
