Buffalo man charged with aggravated DWI after traffic stop on Niagara Thruway

A motorist from Buffalo was charged with a misdemeanor count of aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop late Monday on the Niagara Thruway, according to State Police.

Brian M. Kline, 37, was pulled over at about 10:40 p.m. Monday for an unspecified traffic violation. Police said he had a blood-alcohol content of 0.24 percent, which is three times the legal limit.

Kline was issued a ticket to appear May 14 in Buffalo City Court and turned over to a sober third party, police said.
