Genesee County high schooler charged with selling drugs in school

BATAVIA – A 16-year old Bergen boy was arrested Friday for allegedly selling drugs in the Byron-Bergen High School in Bergen, the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office reported Monday.

The suspect, identified as R.L. Dakota White, of Lake Street, was charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. The alleged drug he was accused of selling in the school was not identified. After his arraignment in Bergen Town Court, he was released under the supervision of the Genesee Justice agency pending May 13 proceedings in the Town Court.
