After Price quiets Senators, Canadiens give him silent treatment

As we detailed during the season, hockey players are fond of pranks. Montreal pulled one on Carey Price this weekend.

After the goaltender led the Canadiens to a first-round win over Ottawa, his teammates ignored him as he entered the dressing room and took a seat in his stall. When he finally spoke up, they mobbed him to celebrate.

The video is below.

The Habs, who knocked off Ottawa in six games, joined five other teams in advancing to the second round -- Minnesota (4-2 over St. Louis), Chicago (4-2 over Nashville), Anaheim (4-0 over Winnipeg), Calgary (4-2 over Vancouver) and the New York Rangers (4-1 over Pittsburgh).

Either Washington or the New York Islanders will move on Monday night by winning their Game Seven matchup. Detroit, which has a 3-2 lead over Tampa Bay, can advance at home Monday night.
