sunday, 3 p.m.: 16th Annual Williamsville Poetry, Music, Dance and Art Celebration featuring guest poet Dan Gerber, author of “A Primer on Parallel Lives” (Copper Canyon Press, 2007) and “Sailing through Cassiopeia” (Copper Canyon Press, 2012). Tuesday, 7:30 P.M.: Empire State College Appletree Series reading featuring poet and literary activist Ryki Zuckerman. She is a longtime co-editor of Earth’s Daughters magazine, and the recent author of “Looking for Bora Bora” (Saddle Road Press, 2013) and the forthcoming “The Nothing That Is” (Benevolent Bird Press, 2015). Wednesday, 7:30 P.M.: Readings at the RIC Series featuring poets Kastle Brill and Robert Giannetti. Brill, a retired environmental lawyer and longtime co-editor of Earth’s Daughters magazine, is the author of the chapbooks “One Night Stands & Other Pieces of Time” and “The Head.” Giannetti a former English professor at Niagara University and owner of an antiquarian book store, is the author of “Winter Vision” (Cashes Valley Publishing, 2011) and “Drawn by the Creek” (BookLogix, 2003). Friday, 8 p.m.: The Njozi Ensemble Company presents “Ain’t She Brave: A Play of Poetry,” a Fringe NYC 2014 theater selection by Buffalo-based poets Erika D. Gault and Ntare Ali Gault.
