LOCKPORT – State Police stopped a Lockport driver for speeding and found he had blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit.
William Flores, 55, was stopped for speeding Sunday on Route 31 in the City of Lockport and troopers additionally charged him with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated after they recorded a blood alcohol of 0.21 percent. The legal limit is 0.08 percent.
He was issued a ticket. A court date was set for Tuesday in the City of Lockport.
