LOCKPORT – Diquan D. Williams of Niagara Falls is headed to state prison for as long as four years after pleading guilty Thursday to two felony crack cocaine sales.
Williams, 25, of McKoon Avenue, admitted to two counts of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, and Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon promised to sentence him concurrently on the two counts when he returns to court July 16.
The drug deals occurred March 11 and April 10, 2014, in the Falls. Williams has a prior felony conviction for assault and drug possession in 2011. He served about two years in prison for those charges.
