Two plead guilty in Falls cocaine seizure

LOCKPORT – Two people pleaded guilty Tuesday, while charges were dismissed against two others, in connection with an April 26, 2014, seizure of four ounces of cocaine and a loaded gun from a vehicle stopped by Niagara Falls police. All four defendants are from the Falls.

Anthony L. Hill Jr., 24, of Michigan Avenue, admitted to a reduced charge of attempted third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and is to be sentenced June 23 by Niagara County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III.

Domonique S. Hilson, 19, also of Michigan Avenue, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and will be sentenced June 25.

Charges were dropped against two other women in the car: Mashya R. Hill, 21, of 13th Street, and Terra Hilson, 20, of Michigan Avenue.
