A pair of real estate investors teamed up to buy a 5,524-square-foot house-style office building in Clarence that was previously occupied by an accounting firm.

Mike Lorigo, owner of Pillar Real Estate Advisors LLC, and Jack Willart, of Choice Properties of WNY, paid $630,000 to buy the 0.72-acre property at 9280 Main St., according to Jim Geiger, director of business development for McGuire Development Co., who brokered the deal.

The building had been used by public accounting firm Tronconi Segarra & Associates LLP, which last June moved into a new $4.6 million office at 8321 Main that it built to consolidate its 90 Amherst and Clarence employees. The facility will now be occupied by both Pillar and Choice, but also has eight additional executive offices available for lease.

“This location and building is a great fit for our growing business of leasing office space,” Lorigo commented. “We’re pleased and excited to be in the Clarence-Main Street area.”
