NIAGARA FALLS – City residents may put out grass clippings for curbside collection next to their blue garbage totes starting Wednesday, but the clippings must be in clear plastic bags or brown paper craft bags. That service will continue through Oct. 31.
Leaves and yard waste that are already on the ground at this time may be bagged and put inside the garbage totes for collection.
Otherwise, leaf waste must be put in clear plastic bags or brown paper craft bags and placed next to the tote for collection in November only.
