Combine stats: 40: 5.52 seconds. Vertical: 25 inches. Broad jump: 8 feet.

Lowdown: A first-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference selection the past two seasons, Jackson was a unanimous All-American in 2014 and the South Team MVP at the Senior Bowl. … Graded out as the Seminoles’ top offensive lineman in 12 of 14 games, but some scouts believe he was somewhat inconsistent as a senior and had a better season in 2013. … Massive size and strength helped him win one-on-one matchups frequently, but Jackson will need to shed some weight in the NFL and improve his technique.

They said it: “I have him in the second round. Liked what I saw at the Senior Bowl. Most of the Florida State guys kind of pegged out of it at the end. I understand it’s a long season. But this kid came to the Senior Bowl ready to play. I think the fact that he showed up and he showed up with an attitude helped a lot with the NFL scouts.” – NFL Network draft analyst Mike Mayock.
