LOCKPORT – Men from Niagara Falls and Lockport pleaded not guilty to separate drug-selling indictments Friday in Niagara County Court.
Dayquan D. Walker, 19, of Cleveland Avenue, denied charges of third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Police raided his home Oct. 9 and seized alleged crack cocaine and a scale. He was charged with intending to sell the drug, Assistant District Attorney Laura T. Bittner said.
In another case Friday, Dylan Lewis, 24, of Chapel Street, Lockport, denied charges of third-degree sale and possession of a controlled substance for an alleged Aug. 19 drug deal with a police informant in the City of Lockport. Both defendants are free on bail bonds, Walker for $2,000 and Lewis for $5,000.
