Unlicensed driver charged with DWI

NIAGARA FALLS – A Niagara Falls man was stopped and charged with drunken driving and faces additional felony charge for driving without a license.

John K. Hill, 35, of Niagara Falls was stopped Saturday by New York State Police on Niagara Falls Boulevard in the City of Niagara Falls. He was found to have a blood alcohol level of .16 percent, which is twice the legal limit.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation, a turn signal violation and no brake lights.
