In Cattaraugus County Court, Salamanca woman, Gowanda man plead guilty to drug dealing

A 37-year-old Salamanca woman and a 19-year-old Gowanda man both waived grand jury action and pleaded guilty before Cattaraugus County Judge Ronald D. Ploetz in Little Valley in separate drug trafficking cases.

Mary M. Mosley pleaded guilty to a felony charge of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third-degree for her arrest in the Town of Randolph on Feb. 4, 2014.

Nathan F. Bley pleaded guilty to a felony charge of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree for his arrest in the Town of Persia last Sept. 4.

Mosley faces sentencing June 1, and Bley is to be sentenced June 29.

District Attorney Lori Pettit Rieman said Ploetz also handled the following cases Monday:

• Damone A. Lewis, 43, of Allegany, waived grand jury action and pleaded guilty to burglary in the third-degree for a Town of Allegany break-in March 19, 2014. He faces sentencing June 1.

• Rodney Mosher, 43, of Olean, waived grand jury action and pleaded guilty to first-degree sexual abuse for unwanted sexual contact with a physically helpless individual in the City of Olean on Feb. 8 of this year. He faces sentencing June 1.

• James M. McClary, 42, an Olean man currently serving a state prison term until October 2016 on a Cattaraugus County drug conviction, waived grand jury action and pleaded guilty to a felony assault charge for severely injuring another man in a fight in the City of Olean last Aug. 3. He faces sentencing June 29.

• Rodney Tucker, 49, of Olean, waived grand jury action and pleaded guilty to a felony count of driving while intoxicated for an arrest in the Village of Ellicottville on Dec. 13. He faces sentencing June 1.

• Todd R. Borden, 26, of Olean, waived grand jury action and pleaded guilty to burglary in the third-degree, intimidating a witness and petit larceny for a Dec. 16 burglary in Olean, and for threatening a witness against him in Olean on Jan. 25. He also pleaded guilty to a petit larceny charge for shoplifting in Olean on Nov. 11. He faces sentencing May 26.

• Donald T. Richards, 65, of South Dayton, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of driving while intoxicated in the Town of Perrysburg on June 6 when he had a blood-alcohol level of 0.19 percent, more than twice the state’s legal limit. He faces sentencing June 1.

• Dusti L. Ginnery, 28, of Limestone, pleaded guilty to felony and misdemeanor criminal sale of marijuana charges for dealing in the City of Salamanca between April 3, 2013, and Oct. 7, 2013. He faces sentencing June 15.

• David D. Wallace, 42, of Friendship, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of driving while intoxicated for an arrested in the Town of Portville last Sept. 27 when he had a blood-alcohol level of 0.15 percent, almost twice the state’s legal limit. He faces sentencing June 29.

• Eric J. Pitts, 28, of Olean, pleaded not guilty to an indictment charging him with two felony counts each of criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance for allegedly selling Suboxone in the City of Olean between last May 1 and last May 22.
