DUNKIRK – Police seized cocaine powder, marijuana and cash during an investigation and search of an apartment at 705 Main St. Monday morning in the city.
Dunkirk Police Officers were sent to the residence following a report of an unwanted person. While inside the residence an officer observed marijuana, packaging materials, a digital scale and cash, all in the room with the suspect, Cody A. Davis 25, of Second Street, Dunkirk.
Davis was charged with three felonies, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree and criminal possession of marijuana in the third degree as well as a misdemeanor for use of drug paraphernalia.
He was arraigned in Dunkirk City Court and held without bail.
